We offer emergency and non-emergency transport
We are open around the clock, holidays, and offer after-hours services by appointment.
You can schedule a trip by calling our office at 973-435-4942 or booking online. If you are a resident at one of our contracted facilities, they can help you book the trip. If you have Medicaid you can book a trip by calling (866)-527-9933.
We use stretcher vans and wheelchair vans.
Our services are for anyone in need of medical transportation. Our services will benefit mainly the elderly, disabled, and post-operative patients.
We ensure the safety of patients during transport by enforcing rigorous safety protocols to our certified staff who attend quarterly safety training. We also ensure our equipment follows guidelines and complies with state and federal regulations.
Family members can ride with patients if the patient is a minor or if it’s medically necessary. Please notify us at time of booking if a ride along is required.
Our transportation is not limited to medical facilities. We will get you to your desired location depending on your insurance coverage.
If your insurance does not cover transportation, we accept private pay via credit cards, checks, cash, online payments, etc.
If you are self-pay, you will be charged before or at the time of services. If you are going through insurance we will bill any differences after insurance processes.

Charges are calculated based on the type of transport, distance, and any specialized care required or necessary.
We provide estimated transport costs in advance for all of our pre-scheduled trips.
Medicare, Medicaid, Modivcare & most private insurances etc
Non-emergent medical transport is covered by most insurances depending on your medical condition.
We will bill the insurance directly if the transportation is covered by the insurance. If the transport is not covered we will bill the patient or the medical facility.
If your insurance does not cover transportation, other payment options are available.
Please call the billing department with any changes to your insurance or information.
Our staff undergo quarterly safety classes and undergo recertification every two to three years depending on the certification (CPR, EMT, EMR, MAVO, Defensive Driving etc.)
Our staff follows CDC Guidelines, and all vehicles are equipped with full PPE for the time of transport.
Our staff is constantly working with vulnerable age groups. Our top priority is their safety and proper care.
- All our stretcher ambulances have Oxygen, AED, stretchers, stair chairs, Scoop, Longboard, KED Kit, Splints, etc.
- All our wheelchair vans have Oxygen, Wheelchairs, Securement Systems, Lifts, etc.
We have specialized wider stretchers, special lifts, and reinforced transport vehicles equipped to handle bariatric patients.
The transport team communicates with dispatch through the radio & tablet.
Our field staff are responsible for cleaning the vehicles each day and we have a dedicated team member whose responsibility is the cleanliness of the truck.
All of our wheelchair vans are wheelchair accessible. These vans are equipped with wheelchair lifts, ramps, and securement systems.
